His aim is to give you the codes and advice you need to talk about wine.
Through his wine-tasting workshops, Jean-Baptiste encourages you to discover your palate and assert your tastes, so that the notion of pleasure remains the main criterion for choice. He approaches wine with simplicity and answers the questions that everyone has.
