As one of the few wineries that produce wines 100% from their own vineyards in the Mexican Altiplano, Dos Búhos has the highest level of control over the cultivation and winemaking processes, allowing us to manage our wine from berry to bottle. Our best grapes are handpicked and harvested to produce wines with the best possible flavor, concentration and depth. In the winery we use traditional winemaking techniques that focus on texture, structure and complexity, while allowing the fruit to shine with minimal intervention.
