The 14-day trial gives you free access to the Great Growth plan and no fees applied to any Bookings or sales. At the end of the 14-day trial, you can choose the best plan for your business requirements. You can stick to the Seedling plan, which is free for life.

The Seedling plan has no subscription, and there is only a small commission on bookings and sales made using our software. The booking fees can be passed on to your customers, so it doesn't need to cost you anything.
No sales = No fees

There is no lock-in contract, so you can cancel your plan anytime. We only require a 14-day notice to cancel a paid plan.

We do not limit the number of experiences you can offer in any of our plans. On the contrary, our fully automated booking software allows you to manage more experience easily, so it would make sense to offer many different tours.

VinTrail Pro doesn’t charge you to migrate. In fact, we make migrating easy! We can preload all your bookings, prepurchase gift vouchers, discount vouchers, and your customer database, so begin using VinTrail Pro where you left off.

Fees are automatically taken during the booking and sales payment process. Stripe splits the payment whereby they take their fees, pay us our fees, and transfer the rest to your account.

All transactions are made via your payment account, so you receive all your payments immediately.

None - but there are other optional costs associated with using 3rd party apps and integrations.
