Tasting notes from Fabien Teitgen, Winemaker:
“White peach and touches of redcurrant capture the wine’s approachable character, offering an exuberant and unpretentious welcome. A flawless Sauvignon Blanc—no intrusive oak notes; expressive yet balanced—peach, exotic fruits, elderflower. The palate is delicate and silky, with lively, elegant acidity and very long finish. Yellow-green in color, the nose is intense, pure, and refined, with a subtle touch of mandarin. A very well-balanced and delicious wine.”
