About the Wine
Pampana Super Salento Rosso is a rich and expressive red wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Salento in southern Italy. Created by Fabio Cordella, the wine reflects the strength and warmth of the Puglian terroir. The Mediterranean climate, with long sunny days and cooling sea breezes from the Ionian and Adriatic seas, allows the grapes to reach full ripeness and develop deep concentration and character. Crafted to highlight the bold personality of Salento wines, this cuvée combines intensity with smooth drinkability and represents the vibrant spirit of southern Italy.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red in the glass with aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries and plum, complemented by hints of sweet spice and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate the wine is full and rounded with smooth tannins and a generous, velvety texture. The finish is warm and persistent with lingering notes of dark fruit and subtle spice. A perfect pairing for grilled meats, roasted dishes and aged cheeses.
