Specifications Colour: Beautiful bright red colour associated with a young red wine

Nose: Red fruits with a slight vegetable tone

Taste: On the palate a rather round, fruity construction, that is a little firmer on the finish

Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Cabernet franc (50%), all from our own vineyard

Ageing Period: Not aged, no egg whites used. Filtered before bottling in 75 cl. bottles

Alcohol Volume: 13 % Vol

Total Acidity: 3.42 g/l

Residual Sugar: Dry, 0.96 g/L
