Château Jouvente Graves AOP Blanc 2018

With a very luminous yellow gold color, this wine has a rising aromatic power evoking notes of aging on almond custard and sweet vanilla. The fruit first aligns with William pear, a minty scent, a very special "after the rain" aroma linked to the mineral register, then citrus, with grapefruit and the exotic maracuja! The palate is sweet and tasty with a nice length. A wine for aging, 5 to 10 years, which will accompany large fish and beautiful crustaceans.
