Light red colour with ruby reflections. Nose marked by earth, wild plants and fresh red fruit. Young and suave on the palate, with a supple body and an emphasis on fruit. Sapid, silky juice. An infused, fleshy, tender and fragrant wine.

Taste: Aromatic, slightly vegetal taste of berries with very light tannins, good length and balance
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Cabernet franc (35%), Merlot (30%), all from our own vineyard.
Ageing period: Not aged, no egg whites used. Filtered before bottling in 75 cl. bottles.
Alcohol volume: 13 % Vol.
Total acidity: 3.78 gr/l.
Residual sugar: Dry, 0.33 gr/L
Gastronomy: An ideal light red wine to enjoy cold as aperitif or with snacks Storage temperature: Store at 14 oC. Serving temperature: Serve cold at 10-12 oC.
Quantity made: 3200 bottles.
