Château Lestevenie – Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Usage

Gift vouchers can be used for:

• Wine tastings and experiences
• Lunches and events
• Wine purchases at Château Lestevenie

Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption (digital or printed).

3. Booking Requirement

All experiences must be reserved in advance, subject to availability. Please mention your voucher when making a booking.

4. Value & Redemption

• Vouchers can be redeemed in full or partially
• Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases within the validity period
• If the total value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid by the customer

5. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Vouchers may be transferred to another person but remain the responsibility of the original purchaser

6. Loss or Theft

Château Lestevenie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. They will not be replaced.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings made using a voucher
• In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the voucher may be considered used

8. Special Events & Peak Periods

Certain dates, events, or seasonal periods may have limited availability or exclusions. Early booking is recommended.

9. Right to Amend

Château Lestevenie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
