This single variety Sémillon was vinified from grapes originating from vines that are 80 years old to create a wonderful butterscotch, pear and apricot fragrance and a rich taste.

Nose: Discreet nose of white and exotic fruits, fine touches of spice, light vegetal notes
Taste: Pleasant on the pallet, consistent with the nose, developing very fine bitterness on the finish

Ageing Period: Not aged, no egg whites used. Filtered before bottling in 75 cl. bottles
