A beautiful blush Rosé with peachy edges delivering a soft candy nose that evolves into strawberries and a hint of celery. The smooth, silky roundness provides a refreshing touch of acidity to the finish. A great brunch and picnic companion.

Nose: An elegant and expressive nose, blending aromas of small red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant) with richer notes of cherry and candy, enhanced by a touch of fresh citrus and a subtle floral nuance.
Taste: A fresh, clean, and balanced palate, with a supple texture and a lingering, elegant finish.
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (100%), all from our own vineyard.
Ageing Period: Not aged, no egg whites used. Filtered before bottling in 75 cl. bottles. Alcohol Volume: 12.83 % Vol.
Total Acidity: 4.05 gr/l.
Residual Sugar: Dry, 0.20 gr/L
Gastronomy: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with summer salads, sushi, fish, shellfish, and white meats. Storage Temperature: Store at 14 oC. Serving Temperature: Serve chilled at 7 – 10 oC.
