This “method champenoise” sparkling wine is produced using the traditional method, with 9 months of second fermentation in the bottle for the beautifully fine bubble formation. This light yellow straw-coloured Sauvignon Blanc/Sémillon blend has rich floral notes of apple and chamomile which continues on the palate with hints of white fruit like apple and pear. It is dry yet fruity and perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.
