1. Redemption

1.1 Gift vouchers are valid for use only at Etna Urban Winery] and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.

1.2 Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period of six-months after the puchase date. Expired vouchers will not be honored.

2. No Resale

Gift vouchers are not for resale. Any vouchers found to be resold will be voided and may not be redeemed.

3. No Replacement for Expired Vouchers

The Company will not replace or extend expired gift vouchers.

4. No Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

5. Partial Redemption

If the value of the purchase is less than the face value of the gift voucher, the remaining value can be used for future purchases at Etna Urban Winery .

6. Validity Period

6.1 Gift vouchers are valid for use for a specified period as indicated on the voucher.

6.2 It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to use the voucher within the validity period. After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid.

7. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The use of gift vouchers after any such change will constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
