We'll bring One Perfect Blend to you.  Our team will come equipped with everything necessary for your guests to get the job done.  

 

From a simple setup allowing your guests to mix and match wines for their personal pleasure; to an advanced setup with glassware and beakers allowing your guests to create and bottle their own 750ml party favor to take home.  You'll create custom labels for every bottle to remind them who brings the action. 

 

Pro Tip: Promote a date that everybody opens the bottle together and remembers what a great event you had.  

 

 

Blind Tasting & Blending Event

$1,500 is the Fee to book us at your Event, Home or Office - Tax and 10% Gratuity will be charged!

Enough tastings for 30-40 people to enjoy tasting and new blends for a 2-3 hour event

 

Mobile Winery Truck - Bottling Experience

$2,900 is the Fee to book our Little Wine Truck at your Event, Home or Office - Tax and 15% Gratuity will be charged

Whether it's more for the wine or more for the Photo Opp, we got you covered  The Little Wine Truck is the real star of the show.  Enough Wine for parties up to 50 people! 

We can customize our experience to your event in many ways...Just to name a few:
     - Custome wine glasses (keepsakes)
     - Custom Wine Labels
     - Pre-determined custom favor for each guest
     - Custom banners attached to the truck
     - Bottling and Packaging Experience

 

 

Our Setup Includes:

  • 3 varietal selections of wine (12 bottles of each)
  • One (1) wineUdesign team member to transport, setup, breakdown and clean up
  • 3 Hours of blending and tasting

 

Pick 3 varietals from the following list of straight varietal wines.  All wines are made with minimal intervention, meaning no chemicals and very low sulfite additions.  Drink Red Wine Again:  Add on a 4th or 5th wine varietal for that discerning wine crowd and extended party length

Stop in for a unique wine visit, in a unique setting.  Our winemaking team will guide you through it all. Pair with food from our friends!!  Once booked we'll send you a list of our local partners who offer great platters.  Order what you want and have it delivered to the winery at your scheduled time.  Options include Smok-Haus BBQ, Patrizia's of Hicksville, Belle en Bleu Charcuterie, and more coming soon.  Going out to dinner before/after?  Great, what an awesome activity to pair with your night out.  Choose an antipasto or a dessert partner to put that finishing touch on your evening.  This is the ultimate date night workshop for wine lovers.   We work with vineyards from California to Chile to get our hands on the best fruit possible.  Our logistics teams transport that fruit to our winery in Hicksville and we barrel age all wines for at least 10 months before bottling and releasing to the public.  We take great care in developing wine transparently and without chemical intervention.  Drink Better Wine! It's easier than you think!
