Start by blindly tasting several wines.  This begins the process of deciding your blend.  Hard work, we know!

All wines are made at wineUdesign from grapes sourced from world class vineyards, primarily in California and Chile.  

Come taste the difference.  Our wines are made with extremely low sulfites and no other chemical intervention. You can drink red wine again. 

This visit will make One Perfect Blend.  You will be seated in the barrel room of the Winery and given all the equipment and glassware needed to create a uniquely blended wine. 

Our team will provide guided instruction and tips on how to utilize all tools available to make a wine you will love. You will mix and match different wines to create a blend the world has never seen before. You might like it, you might hate it...Scrap that one and try again until you make a blend you love...that's One Perfect Blend.

wineUdesign is not a vineyard. This allows us to contract with different vineyards around the globe without being tied to a specific set of grapes grown in our backyard.  The majority of vineyards we represent are located throughout California and Chile.  We make well over 30 different varietals and blends each year since 2010.

Note: Select the date you're considering to have our winemaking team contact you about specific details for your special event    We'll bring One Perfect Blend to you.  Our team will come equipped with everything necessary for your guests to get the job done.     From a simple setup allowing your guests to mix and match wines for their personal pleasure; to an advanced setup with glassware and beakers allowing your guests to create and bottle their own 750ml party favor to take home.  You'll create custom labels for every bottle to remind them who brings the action.    Pro Tip: Promote a date that everybody opens the bottle together and remembers what a great event you had.       Blind Tasting & Blending Event $1,500 is the Fee to book us at your Event, Home or Office - Tax and 10% Gratuity will be charged! Wine Blending Workshop - Appointment Based
Stop in for a unique wine visit, in a unique setting.  Our winemaking team will guide you through it all. A 90 minute workshop to better understand the quickly evolving wine world and how you can make better decisions for your own palate as you learn more about wine.   We'll taste you on a selection of wines, all made by our team.  From those tastings, you will decide to work with a few wines to create trial glasses. With each trial, you'll get better and closer to your One Perfect Blend.  We'll prepare our bottling equipment so you can fill, cork and label your very own bottle of wine.  What will you call it? You’ll taste, swirl, taste again and bottle a wine that’s totally your own. With endless combinations and no wrong answers, every bottle tells a different story and has its own place. Pair with food from our friends!!  Once booked we'll send you a list of our local partners who offer great platters.  Order what you want and have it delivered to the winery at your scheduled time.  Options include Smok-Haus BBQ, Patrizia's of Hicksville, Belle en Bleu Charcuterie, and more coming soon.  Going out to dinner before/after?  Great, what an awesome activity to pair with your night out.  Choose an antipasto or a dessert partner to put that finishing touch on your evening.  This is the ultimate date night workshop for wine lovers.   We work with vineyards from California to Chile to get our hands on the best fruit possible.  Our logistics teams transport that fruit to our winery in Hicksville and we barrel age all wines for at least 10 months before bottling and releasing to the public.  We take great care in developing wine transparently and without chemical intervention.  Drink Better Wine! It's easier than you think!
