Join us here at Red Hill on Sunday 18 August for our Beef and Bordeaux Masterclass.

Learn about what makes the red wines of Bordeaux so different in comparison to Australian Cabernets. We will taste a range of wines from two of our wineries from the French wine portfolio - Chageau Canon Chaigneau and Chateau Fleur Cardinale, matched to small courses from Ralph and Anna Rendina’s Butchery. For over two decades they have been passionately supporting locally sourced livestock from certified biodynamic and organic farms across Victoria and Tony can attest that the beef is amazing in both quality and flavour.

Date: Sunday 18 August 2024 from 11.30am – 1.30pm

Maximum Guests: 12

Cost: $95 per person

Please note that the Masterclass will start promptly at 11.30am, so please arrive on time. Special pricing for wine orders from the event will be available that day.
