Château Long-Depaquit is located at the heart of the village of Chablis, in Burgundy’s Yonne department. A stroll through the estate’s grounds, which boast centuries-old trees and a rose garden, offers a unique, timeless experience. An exceptional 65-hectare legacy, our vineyards benefit from a sustainable approach to viticulture. Limiting yields and keeping interventions to a minimum during the vinification process help create authentic, mineral, elegant wines. Barrel ageing is used in moderation to best preserve the expression of each terroir. A new winery was built at the estate in 2014. Not only is it more eco-friendly, it also allows us to continue to improve the quality of our wines by giving them more purity and precision.

In 1860, Mr. Zéphir Régnard founded the Maison Régnard, one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Burgundy. In 1984, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette took over the estate and has since continued and improved the style and characteristics of the wine. The magnificent Maison Régnard estate in Chablis is one of the last remaining estates whose cellars, winery and various buildings are located in the historic center of the famous Yonne village. This unique and historic site invites you to taste its fine wines which are found on the tables of the best French and international cuisine.

Domaine Laroche

Domaine Laroche's history dates back to 1850 and is connected with that of Chablis. In these early years,there was no legal boundary for the Chablis wine appellation, and there was no ranking of the "crus": winemakers were discovering new terroirs and soils that the Cistercian monks had previously nurtured. One of these early pioneers was Domaine Laroche. A century later, the technological advancement allows Laroche to show the best qualities of the famous Chablis wines derived from its soils: purity and minerality.

ARMAND HEITZ

Armand Heitz produit des vins purs, aromatiques, expressifs, pleins de saveurs et de charme dans son domaine familial basé à Chassagne-Montrachet, avec une large gamme de vins blancs et rouges des appellations renommées de la Côte de Beaune (Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint Aubin...) et aussi du Beaujolais (domaine installé à Juliénas depuis 2018). Il représente pour beaucoup, la nouvelle génération de vignerons en Bourgogne et la durabilité environnementale est le principe de base de sa philosophie. Il a pris la décision d'implanter une viticulture basée sur les principes de l'agroécologie et de la permaculture sur le domaine. En plus d'être vigneron, Armand est agriculteur, comme en témoigne son dernier projet : la ferme bovine située non loin du domaine. Ce dernier complète cette vision d'une agriculture vertueuse en intégrant l'animal au cœur de notre ferme de polyculture. L'objectif est d'être autonome sur l'ensemble de notre production (vin, viande) et de nourrir une partie de la population avec un impact carbone quasi neutre. Domaine de Corps de Loup

The estate is situated on a slope overlooking the Rhône and its Lône to the south of the appellation, near the boundary of Condrieu. When the Daubrée family took over the administration of 9 ha of the estate in 1991, it was a forgotten location, hidden beneath the brambles and woodlands that had taken over.

Domaine Guillaume Baduel

Domaine Guillaume Baduel is a family estate situated in the heart of Burgundy in the village of Pommard, in the Côte de Beaune. The estate was founded in 2012 and is now run by Guillaume, a member of the family's 6th generation of winegrowers. Already well-known among its peers, Domaine Guillaume Baduel produces wines with exceptional aromatic intensity, refinement, and grace, and which convey the colors of Burgundy in the purest meaning of the term. The estate's concept in terms of cultivation and vinification is to work with biodynamic principles by adhering to the lunar calendar, plowing the land with his Comtois horse, and harvesting only by hand with a specific double sorting.

Maison Champy

Maison Champy is the first winery in Burgundy, originally founded in 1720 and is Internationally recognized for the quality of its Grands Crus from the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, in particular for its Corton Charlemagne. The property, which owns 21 hectares of vineyards on the Côte de Beaune's principal appellation Pernand-Vergelesses, farms some of its plots organically, aware of the environment and the preservation of its exquisite terroir.

Michel Bouchard, a draper by trade, founded this winery in 1750. It was a pioneer in wine exports as early as 1890, and it built its reputation on the high quality of the wines it produces and sells. In its 18th-century cellars, the winery developed the "Trail of the Five Senses" , a sensory discovery of wine that appeals to the senses of those new to the world of wine.

Château de Parenchère

The Château de Parenchère was founded in 1570 and is located 38 kms from St Emilion, in the far east of the Bordeaux region, on the edge of the Dordogne department (Sainte-Foy-La- region) Big). The Château is typical of Périgord architecture and dominates the valley, in the center of a very large property made up of woods and vines. The estate is made up of 180 uninterrupted hectares, including 70 hectares of vines planted on the best plots of the estate and always on hillsides. On these clay-limestone soils, Parenchère sustainably produces a full range of red, rosé and white wines that are always well balanced, fruity and always of good density. Our goal is to reveal the beautiful Terroir of Parenchère; aiming to prove that great wines can come from lesser-known appellations. Thanks to the international press (90 Wine Enthusiast points and voted “Best Buy”, 92 James Suckling, Wine Spectator, Parker, Decanter points…), Parenchère today enjoys a great reputation for good value for money in more than 30 countries.

The word "lande" originates from the Celtic term "landa" which refers to poor and uncultivated lands where broom and heather grow. This difficult soil is favourable for grapevines, providing few but high-quality grapes. One of the most famous terroirs is Lalande de Pomerol. Conditions are optimal to produce a great wine when, as at Château Pré la Lande, the land culminates on the slope of a hill overlooking the Vallée de la Dordogne. A UNIQUE LAND Based in Pineuilh on the slope called Sainte Foy Côtes de Bordeaux, the soil of Château Pré la Lande is exclusively made of clay on top of limestone sometimes showing on the surface which guarantees a wine that combines elegance and a strong character. AN ECO-AWARE METHOD We use the most natural and gentle methods to cultivate our vineyard in accordance with the Demeter International certification. Manual harvesting and delicate pressing of grapes to extract a juice that honors the product of our terroir. FARMING IN AMPHORAS The Pré La Lande wines benefit from a maturing in traditional amphoras and barrels made by the best coopers. A careful blend gives life to remarkable wines which perfectly show the wealth of our terroir.

Château Martet

Owner of one of the oldest and most renowned Belgian wine and spirit négoce House (1886), Patrick de Coninck had the ambition, together with his friend Albert Michiels to restore the noble reputation and heritage of an extraordinary vineyard and château. Built in the 13th century on the Way of St James, a mere 25 km away from St Emilion, Château Martet is a notable reference of the “Grands Vins de Bordeaux”. Today, Patrick de Coninck’s legacy is still pursued by his children whom have elevated Château Martet as a definite not-to-be missed.

The Milhard family has cultivated its vines for 5 generations with passion, respect and traditions in the Bordeaux Supérieur AOC. Located in the heart of the Grand Saint-Emilionnais region, 10km away from Saint-Emilion in the small village of Petit-Palais-et-Cornemps, this greenery background extends on 10 hectares where you can find the traditional grape varieties of Bordeaux. They preserve the winegrowing traditions of the Grand Saint-Emilionnais region by creating an Organic and authentic wine. The vines have been organically, and Biodynamically cultivated for 5 generations. From this passion for natural results, a premium and rare wine served on the most beautiful tables in France and in the whole world. Indeed, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are mostly present in the vineyard, surrounded by the forest while the small hectare of Sémillon is hidden between the pond and the pasture nearby. Fruit of an ancestral know-how, Château Vieux Mougnac is much more than a simple wine, it is a hertiage transmitted since 1870.

Maison Moillard

Maison Moillard, which has its roots in the Côte de Nuits town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, offers Domaine wines (Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune) as well as a conventional Burgundy wines. The Moillard family owned vineyards before the French Revolution, according to historical Nuits-Saint-Georges records. But the Winery saw a real boom in 1850, when Symphorien Moillard bought his first wines to satisfy an order too important for his own Domain, thus initiating his activity of wine trading Vincent Sauvestre took over the operation of this estate,from the Thomas family in 2008. A new vat house was erected in 2009 for the harvest reception and vinification of grapes from the best soils of the Cote de Nuits, with the goal of respecting both the Moillard knowledge and the utilization of cutting-edge technology.

A terroir, a history, an estate The property of the Bedrenne vineyards is located at the foot of the small 12th century church, in the heart of the Lalande De Pomerol vineyard . The vines are spread over 3 distinct appellations: AOC Lalande De Pomerol, AOC Montagne Saint Emilion and AOC Bordeaux Supérieur. The exploitation extends over 13 hectares. Monique Bedrenne and her son Rémi in the Lalande De Pomerol cellar The family property of Château La Croix de la Chenevelle has belonged to the Bedrenne family for five generations. Monique Bedrenne brings her feminine touch to this exploitation, while respecting the particular character of Lalande-de-Pomerol wine . His son Rémi is now gradually taking over the operation, keeping the family spirit and affirming the respect and environmental commitment initiated by Monique ten years ago. More specifically, various initiatives going in this direction are underway within the vineyard such as HVE (High Environmental Value) certification , the planting of hedges in partnership with ONCFS in order to strengthen biodiversity (fauna and flora) in the vines. Opposite the 12th century church, we welcome you to our premises to come and taste our wines. The Lalande-De-Pomerol vineyard covers 7.30 hectares. The soils are drained, well balanced in organic manure, with not very vigorous rootstocks and grape varieties adapted to the qualities of the soil. “The wines produced are concentrated, pleasant, long and distinctive and each vintage is aged with great care both in terms of oenological technique and selection. "

Vignobles Raguenot

Côte de Blaye

Vignobles Raguenot, a family of independent winegrowers who work and live for one and only passion: the meticulous creation of wines. Located in Saint-Caprais-de-Blaye, in the Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, Château des Tourtes spreads over 70 hectares, 15 of which are dedicated to the production of white grapes: Sauvignon blanc (80%), Sémillon (15%) and Muscadelle (5%). The remaining part of the vineyard is dedicated to the red grapes: Merlot (72%), Cabernet Sauvignon (14%), Malbec (7%), Petit Verdot (6%) and Carménère (1%). On a silicious-clay soil with a gravely subsoil, the Raguenot family elaborates a classic cuvee in white, red and rosé, as well as a prestige cuvee in red and white. The Attribut des Tourtes is the Vignobles Raguenot’s jewel, with a parcel selection to obtain the essence of Château des Tourtes’ savoir-faire. In the appellation Haut Médoc, Château Haut Beyzac is located in Vertheuil, on 26 hectares. Enjoying an exceptional geology with a clay-limestone soil, the vineyard is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, the preferred varietal in Medoc, as well as Merlot and Petit Verdot. Three distinct cuvees are imagined and elaborated according to different methods of vinification, maturation and blend of grape varieties. Today, Château Haut Beyzac offers three wines with all their subtlety, freshness and complexity.

Marsannay-La-Côte is the first village north of the famous Côte de Nuits on the route to Burgundy's Grand Crus. Château de Marsannay specializes in red wines, with three Premiers Crus and four Grands Crus among its offerings. It also makes use of vines from the Dijon Hospital in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune.

Biodynamic culture and the practice of Sélections Parcellaires have been at the heart of this heritage for 20 years. A commitment that is an integral part of the personality of the house. We work with care in each of our plots according to a fundamental principle: to respect as much as possible the environment in which our vines grow. Ferraton Père & Fils is recognized by international critics for the increasing quality of its wines and their assertive personality, vintage after vintage.

Château Les Graves Viaud - La Colombine

Côte de Bordeaux

The estate Les Graves de Viaud is located in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg region. The 15 ha estate extends along a hillside with southern exposure.the terrain is relatively homogeneous; the composition is mainly small grit, with deep rocky soil on the top of the hillside. The estate first began in 1850 and has been mentioned in the Féret since 1875. From 1945 to 1993, the grapes harvested on the estate contributed to the Pugnac's collective winery. In 1994 a new wine caves built so that they could produce their own wine. The wine was mentioned in Les Grands Vins de France magazine from its very first harvest. It went on to earned 11 medals over the following years. In 2010, Philippe Betschart and his family took over the property. Betschart comes from a family of a long line of Bordeaux merchants. In taking over the estate, the family is not only getting back to its roots, but is looking ahead to the future; their first goal is to transform the estate into an organic and biodynamic winery.

Domaine Rémy Nodin

St Peray

The La Beylesse estate, which has been in the Nodin family since 1910, was previously a fortified farmhouse built by the Lord of Beauregard in the 12th century. Rémy Nodin is the fourth generation of the Nodin family. He founded the estate when he was 22 years old, with 1 hectare of Saint-Péray leased to his parents. His first vintage Saint-Péray "La Beylesse" from 2008 drew a lot of attention. Rémy Nodin now produces four appellations of provenance (Saint-Péray, Cornas, Crozes-Hermitage, and Saint-Joseph) and nine different cuvées.

Vignoble d’Anjou-Saumur

In January 2008, Charlotte and Thomas embarked on a marvelous winemaking adventure with the acquisition of the Terre de l'Élu domain (ex Clos de l’Élu), on the schist-rich lands of the Anjou Noir. With many years’ experience as a wine consultant (Thomas), in the fields of communication and management (Charlotte), they are both deeply passionate about the life of this domain which lies on the finest terroirs of the Layon valley. The 20 hectares are farmed organically and the domain offers a structured range of different wines. If it was the Chenin that attracted Thomas and Charlotte to Anjou, the red grape varieties (Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Pineau d'Aunis) continue to inspire them with deep, rich vintages that are expressive and full of finesse.

Notre équipe conjugue savoir-faire ancestral et innovations au service d'un lieu vivant empreint d'une identité forte. Nous faisons partie intégrante d'un terroir d'un lieu relevé au grand jour dans nos bouteilles. Un grand vin est le message d'un terroir où les gestes des hommes et des femmes accompagnent la vigne sur ses sols et sous son microclimat. Le respect de la vie des sols et de la biodiversité est une préoccupation quotidienne. L'enherbement, l'absence de désherbants chimiques, l'accompagnement de la plante par de nombreuses opérations manuelles tout au long du cycle sont le quotidien de l'équipe de Tour des Termes. La nouvelle ambition de Tour des Termes est d'être 0% autonome en énergie renouvelable grâce à la construction de nouveaux chais.

Château Lauduc

Bordeaux Supérieur

A quelques kilomètres de Bordeaux, le vignoble doit son développement à la passion commune de Régis et Hervé Grandeau pour des vins de qualité. Les 60 hectares du Château Lauduc, s’établissent sur les coteaux, à dominantes argilo-calcaire et graveleux, les plus élevés de la commune de Tresses, à dix kilomètres du centre de Bordeaux. Exposé plein sud, il est, comme le veut la tradition, planté de nobles cépages ; en majorité de Merlot 70%, qui apporte le moelleux, 20% de Cabernet-Sauvignon pour le côté corsé, 8% de Cabernet-Franc pour la finesse, complété de 1% de Malbec et 1% de Petit Verdot.
