Welcome to Domaine Sylvie Fahrer et Fils.   We are an independent and organic winery, winemakers of Alsace wines since 1932. 4 generations of wine producers. The winery is located in the heart of the Wine Route of Alsace, in Alsace - France. We have 5 guest rooms and we also make visits so that you can discover and live our passion. Our values are based on the quality, the expression and the respect of the terroir and the grape varieties. We are organic and we also have a certification HVE (High environmental value), we believe in the biodiversity and the vineyard work without any chemical products. 11 hectares located in an earthquake fault zone. Our parcels are divided in 7 different soils, revealing a varied and unique range of aromas in our wines. The Commanderie de Peyrassol was established in the 13th century by the Order of the Templars in the town of Flassans-sur-Issole, in the heart of the Var hills. Its vast, fertile pastures have served as a welcome stopover and resting site for many pilgrims on their way to the Holy Land. The estate has always recognized how to conserve its agrarian, wine-growing, and agricultural legacy as a symbol of Provencal heritage.

TRADITION & QUALITY Passionate about travelling and and architecture, we have visited many family-owned wine cellars, some of them showing exceptional originality. All have a common aim : to democratise one of the most beautiful parts of French heritage : wine. We no longer want to use our winery solely as a work tool, but also as a place of exchange, where the story of wine is told through a familial and regional history. We are privileged guardians of a rich history and heritage. To this day we have created a place of sharing, where those passionate about wine or those less so, leave feeling enriched. We want to bring not only a cultural but also an emotional wealth to our visitors.     

The Domaine Sainte-Marie has been a gem polished by Dominique and Christopher Duburcq in just a few years, they transformed this forty-hectare estate by reawakening its vines, unveiling all of their potentials through organic cultivation, and demanding vinification.

In Bormes les Mimosas, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, the Château Malherbe wine estate extends over a unique and unspoiled terroir of 25 hectares, in the heart of the Provencal region. Here, on the grounds of the old farm of Fort de Brégançon, the Ferrari family has cultivated vines for four generations to organically produce the grapes used to make their organic AOC Côtes de Provence wine.

Oastbrook Estate is an idyllic English vineyard retreat deep in the heart of the now world famous vineyards of the Sussex countryside in southern England. We welcome you to come and visit us, taste our exceptional wines, whilst enjoying a tour of the vines and a guided tasting, and maybe to even stay a while in our luxurious Hobbit House.

Our vision is simple. We strive to create the finest wines in the world. An uncompromising quest for perfection and a fastidious approach to detail is at the heart of everything we do. We ensure only the best grapes are used in our winemaking by growing and hand-picking them ourselves to present an authentic reflection of a time and place in each of our bottles, by producing exclusively vintage wines that are unique to each growing season. Just an hour from London, come and visit us in Appledore, Kent, to explore our vineyards and find out what makes this corner of England so special for winemaking. Our tasting room, The Nest, is open to visitors all year round. We are open daily 10am - 5pm, stocking a range of limited edition wines that are available to taste and buy exclusively at The Nest. Join us for a guided tour to discover how we produce our award-winning English Sparkling Wines. Tours are run in small groups and hosted by our friendly, knowledgeable staff. We can also take private bookings for tours of various group sizes. If you prefer to explore at your own pace, visit The Nest during opening hours to collect a map and  a self-guided tour of the vineyards, before heading back to enjoy a tasting, or a glass of wine. Throughout the course of the year we host many unique events at The Nest, such as dinners prepared by some of the UK’s most talented chefs, lunches and tastings hosted by our winemaking team, Sunday lunches, and picnics in the vineyard. These often feature vertical tastings or special wines from our library. We also host tailor-made private events and corporate functions. Here at Biddenden Vineyards, Kent’s original vineyard, we pride ourselves on being a family run vineyard with the second and third generation of the Barnes family managing the estate.  Biddenden Vineyards celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019, an exciting milestone to have reached at an exciting time for English, and especially Kentish wine.  The family is able to draw on 5 decades of winemaking knowledge and pair this with new methods & techniques to ensure that Biddenden is at the forefront of the English wine industry. Today our single estate vineyard spans 23 acres of gentle south facing slopes situated in a sheltered valley, just outside the picturesque Wealden village of Biddenden. 11 different grape varieties are grown here to produce our array of award-winning White, Rosé, Red and Sparkling English wines.

The Tinwood Estate’s vineyards are situated in the heart of West Sussex at the foot of the South Downs National Park. Since the first planting in 2007, Tinwood has quickly established a reputation for producing the very finest English sparkling wines. As a result of this we have become well known for our quality English sparkling wine. This includes The Estate Brut, the Blanc de Blancs and an exquisite Rosé. Come and join one of our daily vineyard tours to find out more.   Travel to the beautiful wine region of West Sussex and meet the wine growers themselves. You’ll get the opportunity to visit the vineyard and see the grape growing process and you’ll certainly learn more about English wine. Afterwards you can enjoy time in our stunning tasting room overlooking the vines whilst tasting our range of English sparkling wines.

Viña Real is located on the ‘Cerro de la Mesa’ hill, Rioja Alavesa. The soils of this area are composed of the best properties for the growing of the Tempranillo grape variety together with an optimum microclimate.  Viña Real is a winery designed for the production, aging and bottling of the Viña Real range of wines. This brand was developed by Cvne in the 1920’s. In this cellar, the bordelais architect Philippe Mazieres, has been able to combine the concepts of man, nobility and modernity with the use of concrete, wood and stainless-steel, the main components of this new cellar. It was inaugurated by his Majesty the King of Spain, Juan Carlos I, in 2004, and it certainly became one of the most impressive avant-garde wineries. The Simpsons' vineyards occupy glorious positions on the sunny, sheltered slopes of the North Downs of Kent, protected from the whimsy of the English climate by ancient woodland and anchored in the iconic chalky soils so highly revered in the world of both still and sparkling wine. On our French wine estate, the award-winning Domaine Sainte Rose in the Languedoc region, we have always pursued the cleaner, truer flavours of the grape, and we are now bringing this savoir-faire to our English vineyards. With rootstock meticulously matched to our soil and a new world-class winery just minutes from the vines. Each vine has been planted by us and nurtured by us, and each bunch of grapes will, when the moment is quite right, be picked and pressed by us – allowing us at every step to deliver the fullest expression of our Kentish terroir.  By personally delivering the lightest of touches at each step of the winemaking process, we believe we are creating wines of great provenance and presence, so that when every glass of Simpsons' English wine is poured, each sip leads you back to the North Downs...

Sixth generation of a family dedicated to the care of the vineyard, with a winery and hotel among vineyards located in Laguardia. We have 130 hectares of our own vineyard in which we cultivate and control the production of our grapes in a traditional way in harmony with the most recent viticultural techniques. The grapes used to make our wines come from vineyards in the clay-calcareous soils of Labastida, Páganos, Leza and Elciego, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. A north-south orientation is sought and they are driven on high trellises, thus ensuring greater exposure to the sun. By not watering the vineyards, it is completely dependent on the weather conditions. We carry out the harvest manually and mechanically, so that the grapes arrive at the winery at their optimum moment. In our vineyards we combine modern viticulture with a deep respect for the land and the environment.

Contino, the first Rioja château 1973, impelled by CVNE and the owners of the 62-hectare property located in the Rioja Alavesa. The history of the property dates from the 16th century, and is reflected in its name. The “contino” was the officer in charge of a guard corps of a hundred soldiers who protected the royal family "de contino” (continuously) from the times of the Catholic Monarchs onwards. According to the tradition, Saint Gregory, the patron saint of vineyards, passed through the lands of this same Rioja property, giving rise to the use of his figure in the logo of this winery, and to the use of his name for some of the plots now planted with vines. The wine produced on this property, fruity and elegant, is heir to the best Rioja tradition. It is made with an individualised grape harvesting system in which only grapes from the same vineyards that surround the old manor house are used. Their origin in the various plots is noted. The perfect combination of soils, Atlantic-Mediterranean climate and refined technique have made Contino, more than 30 years after the first vintage, a reference product both in and outside Spain.

The wines made at Bodegas Palacio have marked the history of the appellation itself, incorporating innovative techniques and laying the foundations of the Modern Rioja at the end of the 80s, to which must be added the uniqueness of the Rioja Alavesa, a hymn to the flavor and the intensity of the earth. Founded in 1894 by Don Cosme Palacio y Bermejillo, it is one of the oldest and most historic wineries in the D.O.CA. Rioja and belongs to the select group of Historic Rioja Wineries. With a careful and distinguished wine tourism offer, it invites the visitor to enjoy a tour of the different facilities of the renovated winery such as the grape reception and production area, as well as the storage area, the aging area, the drafts and the vineyard. from the winery.

Our vineyards grow in an area with special conditions as few places have. Climate and soil, orientation, sun and light, customs and traditions. The climate and the soil are given by the nature, the man chose the vine and with great affection and respect he offered it to the environment, contributing with his work. And he talked to the vines, which answer him every year when the harvest comes.

CVNE was founded in Haro - Rioja in 1879 by Real de Asúa brothers, now run by the 5th generation of the same family. Imperial was made for the first time in 1920. One simple aim: make the best wine. Since then CVNE has been striving to achieve this aim. Imperial is only made in those years considered excelent. “Squerryes is our beautiful, busy home that sits within a productive 2,500 acre estate on the Kent Downs. My family is the 8th generation of Wardes to live here, with many colourful characters preceding us, all with their own story to tell. Nestled in the rolling hills of Impruneta, just a few kilometers from Florence, Azienda Agricola Lanciola is deeply rooted in the heart of Tuscany’s winemaking tradition. The winery is located in San Pietro di Feletto, halfway between the Dolomites and Venice, in the hills of the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Hills, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 7 July 2019. A winery nestled inside the hillside from which wines come out that satisfy even the most refined palates. All this is possible thanks not only to the dedication, enthusiasm and experience of the Balbinot family, but also to the unique geological and microclimatic characteristics of the area. The winery, in fact, takes its name from the locality where the main vineyards extend between Tarzo and Conegliano called Manzana, a hilly strip of morainic origin well exposed to the sun, whose fertile soil is the result of the Würmian glaciation.
