The Maison Brotte was founded in 1931 by Charles Brotte, Laurent Brotte's grandfather and current director. Since then, five generations of this Châteauneuf-du-Pape pioneering winemaker family have succeeded one another. The winery's distinctive Brotte and the Pope's flask, which was created in 1952, offer a wide range of superb Rhone Valley wines. Maison Brotte has its own Wine Museum, which was founded in 1972 by Jeanne Brotte, the Grandmother. Its new edition includes a unique, instructive, and audio-guided tour that is available in six languages. From A to Z, you'll learn about the Rhone Valley's unique characteristics and the evolution of wines. At the conclusion of your visit, you will be offered a wine tasting.

Chateau Fortia, is one of the oldest of Chateauneuf du Pape. Its winemaking history dates back to the 18th century when ancient cellars were constructed. The domain has belonged to the same family for four generations. In the early twentieth century, the estate came under the direction of Baron Pierre Le Roy de Boiseaumarié. Baron Le Roy guided the creation of the Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) system which is the basis of French wine laws. Château Fortia sits on a 32 hectares estate. The Vineyard constitutes a single block that includes 30 ha of red grape varieties : Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre and 2 ha of white varieties : Clairette, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. The terroir enjoys a windy and sunny climate, very favorable to the cultivation of vines and all the Vineyard practices are in line with the terms of the Terra Vitis and High Environmental Value charter for sustainable agriculture. Château Fortia produces a white and four red blends. The white wines are generally characterized by a pale yellow color, they are dry and fruity with moderate mineral notes. The Red wines are of a beautiful deep purple garnet color. Rich and balanced, they can age several years. Each year Château Fortia wines are recognized with awards in different national and international wine competitions.

The Château de L'Engarran, located at the gates of Montpellier in the village of Lavérune and surrounded by 3 hectares of French-style parkland, is part of the Languedoc region's rich historical and cultural legacy. Engarran, which was purchased by the Bertrand / Grill family in 1923, is above all a family passion, with women playing a prominent role for four generations. Following the sisters, Diane Losfelt, the estate's owner and winegrower since 1984, is now in charge, aided by her niece Emilie Grill. They are devoted to a sustainable future because they aim to get the most out of what the planet and the environment have to offer.

Louis-Eugène Pannier founded Champagne Pannier in Dizy, just outside of Epernay, in 1899. With time and exceptional craftsmanship, the brand gained its reputation and moved to Château-Thierry in the Marne Valley, where it began a new chapter of its history full of potential.

In 1927, Charlotte Morgain Le Gallais' predecessor, Hachod Fringhian, purchased the Domain of Boursault, which had previously been owned by Madame Veuve Clicquot. Today, Hervé Le Gallais and his daughter Charlotte farm 4 hectares of vineyards in an enclosed area, in Boursault, Marne Valley.  

Champagne Château de Boursault is one of the only two champagnes “bottled at the château”. In 1843, the Veuve Clicquot entrusted the architect Arveuf with the construction of the Château de Boursault. The "Grande Dame" of Champagne donated it to her daughter, wife of Louis de Chevigné, and to her granddaughter. The latter, Marie-Clémentine, received it as a dowry during her marriage to Louis de Rochechouart-Mortemart. It was in 1927 that the Fringhian family became the owner of the Château de Boursault estate, where all the vines are present inside a stone wall. This "Clos" also contains the cellars, the press and the winery. The champagne is therefore entirely produced on the estate of the Château de Boursault: viticulture, press of the grapes, vinification, bottling, aging in the cellars of the castle, disgorging and dressing of the bottles before their setting in sale. All this is done following an artisanal process that has now been preserved for four generations, in order to produce quality for rich and varied champagnes, favoring the freshness and finesse of the aromas, with the greatest respect for traditions and the environment. It is a unique property where this family of passionate winegrowers has adopted the management of its terroir with a strong ecological awareness, which has earned Champagne Château de Boursault the double certification of Sustainable Viticulture and High Environmental Value in 2015. The 3 traditional Champagne grape varieties make up this 13 hectare vineyard: Meunier reigns in abundance (50%), but it is also supported by Pinot Noir (30%), not to mention Chardonnay (20%).

Biodynamic estate, founded in 1872, Champagne Leclerc Briant works with passion to develop singular and original champagnes, the result of meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, in the deepest respect for nature and the terroirs. This outstanding House, which has stood out since the 1990s as one of the forerunners of biodynamics in Champagne, continues to operate with genuine respect for biodiversity.

Michel Gonet started his own namesake champagne house in 1973, with the leitmotif of developing champagnes that were pure and respectful of the environment. He comes from a family of winegrowers that has been passed down from father to son and daughter since 1802.

Château Comtesse Lafond is located in Epernay in the prestigious Avenue de Champagne and is a symbol of quality and elegance, as are the prestigious vintages dedicated to the Countess Lafond, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette's ancestress. Her portrait painted by Franz Xavier Winterhalter (1805-1873), who was also the portraitist of Queen Victoria, the Empress of Austria, as well as many royal families of Europe, is now displayed in the salons of the château. It was also decided that his name would appear on the prestige vintages in order to perpetuate the symbol of quality and elegance at the origin of our House. The Comte Lafond family, defenders of the great French viticultural traditions, has been able to infuse a unique elegance to the "Comtesse LAFOND" Champagnes through know-how and passion. From extra brut to rosé, Comtesse Lafond Champagnes are distinguished by their character and finesse. The cellars of the Château allow the aromatic qualities of our vintages to be expressed at their best.

Winemakers from father to son for three generations, the members of the Guy Charbaut family have kept the family character of their Champagne House in order to perpetuate the prestige of the brand and the quality of their production. In 1936, grandfather André exploited his first vines in Mareuil-sur-Ay, the majority of which were located on privileged hillsides classified from 90 to 100% in the Crus scale, resulting from the production of quality Champagnes and excellent presentation.

The Fabre Family has been enthusiastic about and living for wine for over 14 generations. As a result, she is one of the oldest winemaking families in the Languedoc. Since 1605, the vineyards have evolved through balanced alliances while maintaining linked to the land and the grape, resulting in a total of 5 castles in Languedoc today.

Porter notre Terroir et nos vins, vers ce qu’ils ont de plus vrai.  Les vignes ont toujours été travaillées avec attention au sein de notre famille, mais c’est Hubert Fagot, chef de culture et mari de Béatrice, qui  en 1995 ne met plus d’insecticide conscient de l’importance d’un biotope équilibré. Le retour de ces petites bêtes dans nos vignes à permis de réduire nos traitements et d’avoir des sols de meilleure qualité. Par exemple les coccinelles vont se nourrir d’insectes ravageurs tels que les cochenilles et acariens rouges.   Le travail et désherbage du sol par des outils mécaniques plutôt que par des herbicides a été décidé ensuite. En effet, le sous sols regorge de vers de terre, acariens et autres nématodes qui se déplacent et aèrent naturellement les sols permettant de renfermer des éléments assimilables pour la plante.   Ce travail de réductions des intrants phytosanitaires nous a permis de faire parti des précurseurs des certifications HVE et VDC (2014) en Champagne et à Rilly la Montagne. La taille, le liage, l’ébourgeonnage, le palissage et les vendanges sont aussi des travaux où il faut être particulièrement méticuleux et respectueux des ceps de vignes permettant ainsi la production de raisin de qualité. C’est ainsi par exemple que nous émondons une partie de nos vignes afin d’éviter des gelée de printemps. En 2021, afin de limiter et de réduire l’impact environnemental notre Domaine se lance dans la viticulture biologique réduisant ainsi à zéro l’emploi de produits chimiques de synthèse. Souhaitant à nos Champagnes d’exprimer leur terroir, notre vinification se veut la moins interventionniste. C’est pourquoi nous n’utilisons pas le SO2 au dégorgement, obtenant des vins ouverts, aromatiques avec une trame minérale commune. Notre centre de pressurage/cuverie est en partie thermorégulée. Grâce à cet outil, mais aussi par une hygiène irréprochable, les intrants sont diminués et les vins sont tirés avec une moyenne de SO2 total plus faible de moitié par rapport à la champagne.

The Domaine Grand Guilhem is a family and artisanal wine estate of 8.8 ha certified in organic farming since 2004 and producing wines adhering to the “natural method” charter (manual harvest, fermentation from natural yeasts, no added sulphites or any other input). It has a charming B&B and Gîtes accommodation structure, with a 19th century mansion and outbuildings. Located overlooking Cascastel, a small wine-growing village of 200 inhabitants of the “Vallée du Paradis”, it is ideally located in the heart of the Cathar country and 25 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean. 30 km south of Narbonne, 40 km north of Perpignan and 40 km south-east of Carcassonne, you will easily find on your road maps Durban-Corbières (on the D611), the nearest town offering all the amenities, located at 6 km.

The Domaine de Beaulieu is a 130-hectare wine and agricultural estate situated in the crater of Provence's only volcano. The land is home to almond trees, truffles, agroforestry, and, of course, wines. In the Coteaux d'Aix en Provence appellation, wine production is split between the Château Beaulieu range, which specializes in Rosé, and the Villa Baulieu range, which is made up of a few plots that produce solely Reds and Whites.

Le Domaine Vents du Sud a été créé en 2006 et se compose de 13 parcelles très différentes situées sur les coteaux au bord de la garrigue et produit des vins très typiques.  L'approche viticole est basée sur la qualité et la diversité dans un esprit de production de vins à l'image des terroirs tout en restant le plus naturel possible. Les cépages rouges comme la syrah, le grenache noir, le mourvédre etl es cépages blancs comme le grenache blanc le muscat, le macabeu sont tous récoltés manuellement. Cela permet de trier les raisins et de créer des vins natures sans sulfites ni levures à la vinification. Objectif est de rechercher des vins naturels qui présentent le plus possible le terroir.  

Château Paradis' vineyards cover 80 hectares in the heart of Provence, in the far north of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, in a magnificent setting between the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Luberon. In the town of Puy-Sainte-Reparade in Provence.

The 220-hectare domaine is ideally located in the Agly Valley, at the foot of the Corbières foothills. The predominantly clay-limestone soil is strewn with schist detritus and siliceous pebbles, an interesting combination that is very conducive to the production of fine wines. The Château de la Galinière is located in lush greenery at the foot of the Cengle plateau, the first limestone step of the famous Sainte-Victoire mountain, just a short distance from Aix-en-Provence. Our 40 hectares of organically farmed vineyards provide a fresh and aromatic Côtes de Provence as well as an exquisite and mineral Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire.

In the Heart of Aspres In the foothills of the Pyrenees, overlooking the coastal plain of Roussillon, Domaine de la Perdrix farms 45 hectares of vines in the commune of Trouillas, in the heart of the Aspres region, 15 km south of Perpignan. This family estate, created in the 1820s, is run today by André and Viriginie Gil who, from their arrival in 1997, took the vineyard in hand and have striven to bring the winery back to life, making wines on the estate from the 2000 vintage onwards. Our terroir is a real mosaic of hard, dry soils. Thus, to be able to best manage the identity of this multi-faceted soil, each plot is vinified separately. The blends are then carried out with care to obtain an elegant balance between fruit, fatness and tannins, the ageing potential and the expression of the typically Mediterranean terroir, which we strive to echo in our wines.

Jonathan and Rachel Treloar own and run this small, highly-regarded vineyard and winery in the Roussillon, France's most exciting wine region. Our path was rather unusual. We lived and worked within 500m of the Twin Towers on September 11 2001 and witnessing that event made us rethink our life and provided the catalyst to make our dream a reality. On our 10 hectare estate we do all the work in the vineyards and winery ourselves. For us it is a labour of love to make the best wine possible at an accessible price, even if the quantities are very limited. Our wines are regarded by Jancis Robinson MW, Britains most respected wine critic, as the best in the Roussillon, with eight of our wines currently ranking in her top fifteen. In 2013 we were chosen as the Coup de Coeur (Favourite) Roussillon producer by La Revue du Vin de France, the country's most influential wine magazine. ​Here in the Roussillon we bring together a passion for good wine, New World techniques and the wonderful local terroir. Our aim is to make the best wines possible from every vintage.

The story of Terre de Mistral tells of the meeting of two families that share a passion for Provence and a great desire to pass on and share their knowledge. This region, which is above all a producer of wine and olive oil, is located at the foot of Sainte Victoire, just 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. It also includes a gourmet restaurant, a local shop, and offers wine and cultural activities.

Canadel's history dates back to Roman times . The preventive archaeological excavations carried out before the construction of the cellar in 2013 made it possible to update a villa Roman equipped with an oil press and wine vats. The 5 bastides of the estate were built one after the other, between the 13th and 15th centuries. They are organized like a village around a chapel and canals which gave their name to the estate: "the water canal" which gave rise to Canadeau, then Canadel. In 2007, Jacques and Caroline de Chateauvieux fell in love with this "paradise on earth" and bought the estate with the aim of producing Château Canadel wine, and to establish their family there, back from Reunion. In 2009, they entrusted the reins of the estate to their daughter, Laure Benoist, agricultural engineer and her husband Vianney, agronomist and oenologist. During 5 years, they will tame the domain and build a cellar so that a new domain is born in Bandol . In 2014, the first bottle of Château Canadel was born.

The Observantine monks adopted the Font des Pères estate in the 13th century, which is situated on an outstanding location with abundant natural resources. The first vines developed around this time, thanks to the efforts of the clergy, who, as excellent agronomists and aware of the wealth of this side of the hill, cultivated a variety of food crops, including vines. The Font des Pères estate is now located near Beausset,and the wines are made in the appellations of Bandol, Côtes de Provence, and IGP Mont-Caume, with an organic conversion underway. We have a farm-inn restaurant with a terrace with beautiful views in addition to wine production.

The Platz family has been working the vineyards in Alsace for three generations. Each generation has made its contribution. Today, Vincent and Jean-Luc take care of the family business. Passionate independent winegrowers never stop improving the quality of their wines.  "Since our childhood, we have been immersed in the world of wine. Our parents passed on their know-how to us, which we supplemented with specialised studies and experience in other Alsatian estates and abroad, in particular in farms converted to organic farming in Germany", explains Vincent Platz. He set up the farm in 2003, and his brother Jean-Luc followed him in 2009. Convinced by organic farming, they obtained Ecocert Organic Agriculture certification in 2004.  This conversion was carried out in 1993 with François, Vincent and Jean-Luc's father. He stopped using fertilisers in the vines and weeding before switching to integrated production (a variant of organic) in 2001. Their credo was to improve the quality of the wines while respecting the environment as much as possible. By keeping yields low (4000-5000 litres per hectare), they opt for quality with more concentrated grapes, in other words, the policy of "consuming less to consume better". On the other hand, they have made numerous investments to create a vinification cellar, a tasting cellar, and enlarge the storage cellar.  "At the Platz François & Fils estate, we do everything from A to Z, from the treatment of the vines to the bottling", Vincent continues. And there is no shortage of work on the 4-hectare estate! In addition to producing the seven main grape varieties of Alsace: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir, the Platz brothers have the opportunity to work on different terroirs located in 5 different communes. Among these terroirs, the Goldesch de Bergheim (yellow marl-limestone soil), the Rotenberg de Bergheim (limestone soil) but also the Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim (very stony red marl-limestone soil) and the Grand Cru Sonnenglanz (marl-limestone soil). This diversity of terroirs allows them to present a wide range of very qualitative wines. "It is on the Riesling that we judge the Alsatian winegrower", explains Vincent. Not forgetting that all our wines have no added sugar since 1996.
